LOSE 2 LBS IN 1 WEEK - MEAL PLAN #1

Okay, so we all know that the holidays help us to pack on the pounds. Everyone wants to enjoy that delicious food and we all say, "I'll get back to it after the new year!" I was one of those people. My baby is just shy of 6 months old and I put on a whopping 70 lbs!!! YES 70! I know its a lot. I'm not proud but I'm working to get it off. So I'm going to be completely honest with you all as you follow me on this journey. Why? Because, I hope by my integrity it will encourage you to be honest with yourself and those around you. You see, weight is just a number and we all have an idea of what it should be. Now my ideal weight is based off of how I feel (as in joints, breathing, sleeping, GI stress, etc.) not how I look. I'm not one to preach on body image. I'm currently at my heaviest after having my baby and I'm still okay with how I look! I'm not okay with the fact that my entire wardrobe doesn't fit or that my stomach is always on edge, or the fact that my knees and ankles are not a fan of this weight they have to carry around. So that is my drive to lose it.

I also want to add, that I'm losing weight while breastfeeding! Something I thought was impossible! It really comes down to eating a healthy well balanced diet and getting some exercise. Which leads me to another point before we delve into the meal plan. Exercise is imperative to your success in this plan, however, I only ended up working out one day last week and I still lost 2 lbs. Imagine how successful I would have been if I was working out all 5 days!!! Just like any diet/meal plan, you must work out. I don't currently have any workout plans to share but I am using T25 by BeachBody and I'm loving it. Plus I have my boyfriend as an amazing accountability partner. We are truly enjoying this. As for supplements: I'm taking something called 4 Life that I got from my Aunt. I'm only on day 2 of that so I'll let you know how I feel and I'm using a homeopathic transdermal HGH gel twice a day that you can get at HGH Gel They actually have a competition going on called the New U Challenge and the winner gets $5000!!! We are going for that. You can find the info here New U Challenge. And that is all the supplements I'm currently using. If I add anything to the mix I will be sure to update.

These two are mine!!!

2.) Special Protein/Gluten Free Pancakes

Remember you have the weekends off to eat at your leisure (within reason) and take a break from working out. Don't forget to stretch sore muscles over the weekend. I lost 2 lbs last week on this meal plan. I'm excited to see what this current week brings. I will say I'm already down another lb!!!

Also, we only spent about $60 this week but we had most of the meat already in our freezer.
